Final selections have been made.  Twenty-Nine (29) students from different Universities all over Nigeria have been selected to receive Egbe Omo Yoruba of Greater Miami Valley, Dayton, Ohio 2024 Scholarship Award.  Congratulations to all of you.

      -  Submit transcripts for all the years in school.

4.    Recommendation letter must be from academic staff member
in your department, college, or University and signed by him or
her only.

The Egbe Omo Yoruba of Greater Miami Valley in the USA is NOT taking application for the ----- Scholarship Awards for Students
in Nigeria University and Polytechnics.

It is important that you submit your application and supporting documents in a timely manner to be considered 
for the Scholarship Award.

Each awardee will receive the Naira equivalent of US dollars at the time of the award.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1 Must be attending an accredited University/Polytechnic in Nigeria.

2 Must have cumulative GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0 scale.

3 Must provide the following information:
* The name of the University/Polytechnic
* The City & State in which the University/Polytechnic is located
* Full Name as it appears in your University/Polytechnic record
* Transcript to proof educational performance
* Your Major
* Year Level
* Cumulative GPA

4 Must demonstrate financial need via a written statement (short essay) submitted in support of application.

5 Must submit a letter of recommendation from an academic staff with close knowledge of the student's 
performance and character.

6 Students that pass the first selection process may be interviewed via zoom by the scholarship committee who will
then make the final selection of students for the scholarship.
